The location was excellent and the highlight of the location. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Tube, it was incredibly convenient for exploring all of London. However, there were several downsides:1. Key collection: Due to road construction and closures, it took over 20 minutes to walk from the Tube to the key nest pickup location. Navigating a busy area with luggage was extremely challenging. Additionally, the Tube was directly outside the bedroom window, creating considerable noise throughout the day and overnight.2. Property condition: The home could use some TLC. The carpet was heavily stained, the walls had marks throughout, and the bathrooms lacked electrical outlets, making it difficult to dry hair and get ready. It was clean, but it looked unkept up.3. Payment concerns: Despite VRBO confirming I had paid in full, the owner claimed a 2nd payment was due and sent links outside VRBO, even contacting me through WhatsApp to request payment. Once I refused to pay outside the platform and reiterated that VRBO showed my balance was paid, they quickly confirmed I owed nothing further. Had I followed their instructions, I could have overpaid. This was extremely concerning and made me question the integrity of the property management.Overall, the location was convenient and the property reasonably priced, but the condition, noise, difficult key collection, and especially the payment experience outweighed the positives. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

I was in London for a few days between other destinations with my teenaged kids. This was the perfect sized accommodation for our needs and the location is excellent. We walked from Paddington with ease. The flat is clean and well maintained. When we arrived the flat was warm (it’s top floor - with elevator). However with the use of fans and opening doors/windows it quickly got to a manageable temperature. The hosts were very good at communicating and the check in instructions were quite clear and easy. I would recommend this flat for others in groups of 1-4 people for a few nights in London.

Great location. In summer months, when the windows need to be kept open, the street is quite loud late into the night, but other than that it’s a very property.

Perfect flat for 6 to 8 people. The building doesn’t reflect this nice place well located!Easy Check in/out. Good beds, very good furnished, good space to eat all togethet and having a drink together. An other good thing, the little balcony that I don’t think was mentioned…
